Patterns Create Meaning: Stability

Did you know that there is a significant difference between the concept of physical instability ( which is caused by lack of resources) and emotional instability (inner/outer influences conflicting with internal needs). Put it this way, if one wants to truly define the purpose and apply the meaning of stability to one's life, one must begin to see that stability is more than just material things--it's about paying attention to personal habits/patterns /circumstances and needs.

Don't Accommodate Negative or Repetitive Patterns/Actions

Personal esteem and personal habits have made it completely possible to adapt to an uncomfortable pattern/situation/relation-ship for so long that it has now become EASY to remain UNCOMFORTABLY (stuck) in an UNCERTAIN situation. Pause and Reflect : Why is it Easy to remain Uncomfortable in an Uncertain situation? What situation are you in, What have you been adapting too or adjusting too, and has it been beneficial to your emotional and physical stability or has it in turn created the opposite effect (instability)?

When conclusively considering the importance of stability in one's personal life, one must act immediately with conviction. By acting with conviction , the mind is set to believe and accept that in order for things to alter, change must be accommodated by (new actions.)
