If its one thing that I've noticed about life is that one can either 'Push Back' or 'Push Forward'. But why should we challenge ourselves to push back against something or someone that is simply not ready/ or does not want to move (change). And when something does not want to move, change, evolve to a healthier way, it does not give energy--it takes. Think of 'Pushing Back' as a form of resistance, it may take energy to exert effort, but the object of resistance stubbornly consumes the energy; therefore leaving us mentally and physically exhausted by the exertion. And also, let us not forget the consequences of when the reality of resistance PUSHES US BACK! How can resistance push us back you ask? By placing us in a position of struggle--anytime resistance is present it does not compromise.
As capable and growing individuals we should not overlook the severity of our dilemma, nor our ability to see that the burden of change and responsibility relies heavily and solely on us in the long-run. Sometimes change is shared and sometimes change is personal-- we just have to be aware and willing enough to see that somethings (people, places, things) may either have the potential to perfect our purpose in life or hinder us. We just have to be conscious enough to see the difference and 'Push Forward.'
Work2Rise: Never place yourself in a position to struggle, because you can't' Push Back reality'.
Words4-ur.Wisdom: Ultimately, what we allow to happen to us repeatedly becomes our own burden of responsibility in finding resolve and personal change.
