What is the energy I want to feel?

Stop. Think. Ask: " What is the energy I want to feel?"
Have you ever placed yourself in a situation to where you did something repeatedly to get results but got nowhere?
- Have you tried to make amends
- Have you tried to show changes
- Have you tried to change yourself
- Have you tried to lose weight
- Have you tried to improve your temperament
- Have you tried to communicate
- Have you tried to get out of debt
While trying did you assess your energy: Did you ask yourself: " Am I doing these things to feel better or will I feel better once my expectations are met?"
Often we go through each experience of life focused on expectations and results while failing to see the benefit of checking inward. We're so worried about failing that we often forget to focus on checking on the feeling within. Sure, we're going to have our battles and our losses but the real challenge should be to turn and fight the feeling (battle) within. Would it be crazy to take a break from our expectations, to focus on our energy ( our health)? Despite our failures and losses the real victory lies in using our energy (feelings) to continue to plan and work through each life experience and event.
