Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a form of acknowledgement and acceptance but what would you give for or do for your own healing. Are you doing everything you need to do to heal? Are you making an effort to manage your health, spirit, mood or motivation?

Consider these questions:

Have you consider forgiving yourself first, before forgiving another?

-Forgiving yourself for what you feel/felt * anger, sadness* confusion*abandonment etc...

-Forgiving yourself for what you lost

-Forgiving yourself for getting off track, * recent little mistakes etc...

-Forgiving yourself for what you did not not know

-Forgiving yourself for your unwillingness to forgive

Or what if you are waiting to be forgiven

-Would you be willing to accept and acknowledge your attempts * patience, tolerance, -compassion etc...

-Would you be willing to accept and acknowledge your own hurt without another's forgiveness

-Would you be willing to position yourself to heal if what you desire doesn't go as expected

-Would you be willing to forgive yourself for someone else's unwillingness or unreadiness to forgive you

-Would you be willing to forgive yourself for getting off track * mood swings, recent little mistakes etc...

Thus to conclude forgiveness is about positioning yourself to heal by acknowledging your past/current struggles, and your own ability to accept accountability for the direction of your own personal healing.

"I (acknowledge) my hurt, my past, my story, my misunderstanding and yet I am also present, ready, and available to (accept) my healing now."

-or-

"I (acknowledge) our hurt, our past, our story, our misunderstanding and yet I am also present, ready, and available to (accept) and work with you to heal together now."

Words4-ur.Wisdom: In order to forgive, you must first place yourself in a position to heal.
