Work2Rise Your Motivation

Are you inclined to act or compelled to perform an action?

In the paraphrased words of Tony Robbins there are two very different kinds of motivation: one is Push and the other is Pull. As we all know, our actions can not materialize without our effort and without results our needs will remain unmet. Henceforth, the results we get are often associated with our behavior and the intentions we have to perform a particular action to attain a result.

When considering the inclination to act (pulled motivation) verses compelled (push motivation) to perform an action I believe that it is important for us to examine our own behaviors to see the influences that is often associated with achieving a particular outcome. For instance there are many different scenarios applied to both The Push and The Pull motivation method. The Push motivation implies that internal /external events either directs or compels our behavior to achieve an expectation (result or outcome) for others or ourselves or to perform a particular action in order to prevent an unwanted outcome. And sometimes the Push method is often met with resistance, stagnation, laziness and our own unwillingness, or lack of insight to either change our circumstances or if not our circumstances then ourselves or our surroundings.

The Pull motivation method is just the opposite, within this method our energy (feelings and behavior) is naturally drawn (inclined) to act and instinctively assert ourselves to achieve a task that's not just based solely on results but staying on the creative journey of inspiration by remaining connected to ourselves and our pleasures.

Now that we have explored both methods of motivation Push and Pull, I think it is imperative that we all assess the journey that we are currently on and ask ourselves : Am I willing to Work2Rise my motivation?

Work2Rise: When you make more room for confidence and optimism doubt won't dare fill your space.

Words4-ur.Wisdom: Through times of uncertainty , only our actions will carry us through.
