Change is a process which brings about personal progress and or personal adjustment. Change also provides us with an awareness of either what has happened in our personal lives and or what needs to happen. Often in contemplation we think about our immediate needs and desires for personal change like our (family, friends, finances, job, health and habits.) However, change requires more than just contemplation its requires acceptance, work and personal engagement.
When we choose to engage with change, then are we given the power to decide how our actions will either move us forward or away from what we fear: Examples -the people, the places, the things that are connected to fear, keeps us from engaging with life. Therefore, the closer we are to change, then the further we'll be from fear, and what remains connected to fear (remains unchanged) gets left.
